From 2014 to 2019, Dr Shukla served as the CEO of Monsanto's India Region, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategy and driving growth in one of its key markets. Subsequently, Dr Shukla assumed the role of CEO for Monsanto Africa, where he led the company's operations across the continent with distinction. Following his tenure at Monsanto, Dr Shukla took on the mantle of President and Director (CEO) at JK Agri Genetics Limited, a listed entity in India. In this capacity, he was entrusted with the Profit & Loss responsibility of the company, overseeing its diverse portfolio encompassing research and development, production, processing, and marketing of a wide array of seeds including Cotton, Maize, Paddy, Pearl Millet, Sorghum, Mustard, Wheat, Sorghum Sudan grass, Tomato, Okra, Chillies, and other vegetable seeds.

Dr Shukla's leadership at JK Agri Genetics Limited was marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to driving sustainable growth. Under his stewardship, the company witnessed significant expansion and consolidation of its market position, reaffirming its status as a leader in the seed sector.
